Woonsocket Water Division Woonsocket Water Division Hydrant Flushing Public Notification
The Woonsocket Water Division will be performing its Spring Unidirectional Flushing Program between April 21st to June 2nd. The flushing crews will start weekly on Tuesday nights beginning at 9.00 PM and continue working until about 6.00 AM on Wednesday.
Phase 1 (April 21 to May 5)

North Main Street, Summer Street Winter Street, Gaskill Street, Clinton Street Main Street, Social Street, Clinton Street
Arnold Street, Railroad Street, Blackstone Street, North Main Street, Harris Ave
Phase 2 (May 12 to May 19)
Harris Avenue, Winter Street, Meadow Road
Main Street, Court Street, Arnold Street

Fairmount Street, First Ave, Truman Drive, Allen Street, Island Place Woodland Road, Winter Street, Prospect Street
Phase 3 (May 26 to June 2)

In addition to the main streets listed above, side streets in the areas will also be flushed.
Customers may experience discolored water and lower than normal pressure. If you experience discolored water, please run your COLD water for a short time to clear the lines. Store clean water in containers for usage during these hours.
