PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
LARK INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY
Minor Land Development Preliminary Plan Review
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 45-23-41 and the Smithfield
Land Development and Subdivision Review Regulations (Adopted 1996, amended September
2019) that a Public Hearing will be held at the time, date and place indicated below
for the purpose of presenting and discussing the acceptance of a Preliminary Plan
for a proposed Minor Land Development, identified below, and provide the public the
opportunity to comment on the proposed project. Pursuant to Rhode Island General
Laws 45-24-46.4 and 5.2 Dimensional Regulations of the Town of Smithfield Zoning
Ordinance, the Petitioner further seeks zoning relief from the minimum side-yard
setback requirements of the applicable Industrial (I) Zoning District.
