Town of Scituate / Zoning TOWN OF SCITUATE PLAN COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW
Notice is hereby given pursuant to RIGL 45-24-49 and the Scituate Land Development and Subdivision Regulations that a Public Hearing will be held at the time, date
and place indicated below for the purpose of presenting and discussing Preliminary Plan under Development Plan Review identified below and to provide the public the opportunity to comment on the proposed project.
Time and Date of Hearing: Tuesday, June 16, 2026 Meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.

All persons interested in the above are requested to be present at the time and place to be heard thereon. Facilities are accessible to handicapped persons. Persons requiring special accommodations must call the Town Clerks Office at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting (401) 647-2822.
