NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Lincoln
Town Hall, 100 Old River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865 at 7:00 pm
on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, on the Master Plan for a
Comprehensive Permit Application known as Jordan Farms by
applicant Seminole Development, LLC AP 19, Lot 33 located at 0
Cobble Hill Road, Lincoln, RI.
Plans are available for review in the Town Planners office at Town Hall
9:00 am 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am 12:00 pm,
Friday or online at: https://www.lincolnri.gov/181/Planning.
All interested parties are invited to attend said meeting and be heard.
Those individuals requesting interpreter services must call the Town
Clerks office, 333-8453, 72 hours in advance of said meeting.
