NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CHAPTER 236 HOURS OF OPERATION
TOWN COUNCIL SERVING AS BOARD OF LICENSES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Town Council of Smithfield acting as the Board
of License Commissioners in said Town, that in accordance with Smithfield Town
Ordinances, Chapter 236: Licensing, Business 236-3, hours generally, and RI General
Laws 5-24-1, the following annual renewal of Victualling License applications to include
permission to extend the hours of operation Monday through Sunday will be heard by
said Licensing Board for:
1. 7-Eleven Store #32614A d/b/a 7-Eleven #32614A, 970 Douglas Pike, to extend hours
of operation to 24/7 hours.
2. Colbea Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Seasons Corner Market, 947 Douglas Pike to extend
hours of operation to 24/7 hours.
3. Colbea Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Shell#36, 370 Putnam Pike to extend hours of
operation to 24/7 hours.
4. Cumberland Farms, Inc., d/b/a Cumberland Farms #1261, 335 Waterman Avenue,
to extended hours of operation to 24/7 hours.
5. DKS Coffee, Inc. d/b/a Dunkin Donuts, 970 Douglas Pike to extend hours of
operation to 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
6. Ionian, Inc. d/b/a Dunkin Donuts, 259 Putnam Pike, #1 to extend hours of
operation to 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
7. KAC Foods, Inc. d/b/a McDonalds, 445 Putnam Pike, Unit 19, to extend hours of
operation to 4:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., the Drive-Thru Window portion of the
restaurant will remain open with the hours of operation to be 24/7 hours Monday
through Sunday.
8. Wedge Dounts, Inc. d/b/a Dunkin Donuts, 151 Douglas Pike, to extend hours of
operation to 4:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
The above named applications will be in order for hearing at a meeting of the Town
Council on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Smithfield Senior Center, 1
William J. Hawkins, Jr. Trail, Smithfield, RI at which time and place all remonstrants
may make their objections. The public is welcome to any meeting of the Smithfield
Town Council. If communication assistance (readers/interpreters/captions) or any other

Town Managers Office at 401-233-1010 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the
meeting.
