NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCES
Notice is hereby given that the Smithfield Town Council, pursuant to the provision of
Article II, Sections C-2.13(b) and (d) of the Home Rule Charter of the Town of Smithfield,
has adopted the following Ordinance Amendment:
2026-2 - 60-6 Entitled Sessions; autonomy of Court that regular Court sessions shall
normally be held at the Smithfield Town Hall on the fourth Thursday of each month at
3:00pm.
2026-3 - Addition of Chapter 351 to regulate the placement, operation, and maintenance
of outdoor clothes and book donation bins.
