NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
191 Log Road Minor Subdivision
Planning Application PLN-26-17
Planning Board Public Hearing
Thursday, October 15, 2026 6:00 p.m.
The Smithfield Planning Board will consider Planning Application PLN-26-17,
a minor subdivision with requests for dimensional variances,
under Unified Development Review (R.I. Gen. Laws 45-24-46.4)
The application proposes to subdivide 191 Log Road (AP 38, Lot 29),
a 41,885-square-foot property in the R-80 zoning district, into two lots.
Proposed Parcel A would be 26,542 square feet, with an existing 800-square-foot
residential structure and a 1,320-square-foot accessory garage.
Proposed Parcel B would be 15,343 square feet, with an existing
2,152-square-foot residential structure.
Owners of record & Applicants: David D. and Stephanie A. Bouvier.
The hearing will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.,
in the Town Council Chambers, 2nd Floor,
64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917.
