LINCOLN WATER COMMISSION
The Lincoln Water Commission is now hiring a full-time Utility Operator. The Utility Operator is responsible for performing all daily activities associated with the operation and maintenance of a public water system.
High school diploma or GED; Valid State Drivers License; Ability to pass BCI and Drug Test; Water Distribution I License or ability to obtain within 1 year; Water Treatment I License or ability to obtain within 1 year; Class B CDL License or ability to obtain within 1 year; Hoisting Engineers License for backhoe
or ability to obtain within 1 year. Ability to pass a respirator fit test.
QUALIFICATIONS
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm.
Must be available for required overtime or emergency callback during off-hours and weekends due to emergencies or planned work. Must be available for rotating on-call program, which requires reporting to emergencies off-hours and weekends within 1 hour.
Pay: $29.18 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits package.
