Lincoln, Town of - Parks & Recreation Parade Vendors Wanted
The Town of Lincoln Annual Memorial Day Parade May 25, 2026
MEMORIAL DAY PARADE
The parade will step off at 11:00 am on Monday, May 25, 2026, from Keefe Funeral Home located at 5 Higginson Ave to Chase Farm, located at 667 Great Road in Lincoln, RI 02865. Vendors may set up at 9:00 am and shall remain until the parade festivities have concluded. Vendor spots will include flags & novelties.
SELECTION CRITERIA
The highest bidder will be awarded a one-day peddlers license for the Lincoln Memorial Day Parade on May 25, 2026.

APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR ALL VENDORS FOR THIS EVENT
Application information will be found in this letter. All vendors must return their applications for consideration by Friday, May 15, 2026. The application form must be completed, including your contact information, and returned to the Town of Lincoln, Parks and Recreation Department, P.O. Box 100 Old River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865 no later than Friday, May 15, 2026, at 12:30 pm. The Parade Committee will review applications on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Lincoln Town Hall at 2:00 pm.
IMPORTANT NOTES: COMMITTEE
Approved vendor will be notified by Monday, May 18, 2026.
Approved vendors (where applicable) will be required to contact the Parks and Recreation Department to obtain a One Day Peddlers License for Monday, May 25, 2026. All participating employees of Approved Applicants must provide a current Rhode Island B.C.I check. These must be submitted to the Parks and Recreation Department by Friday, May 22, 2026, for consideration by the Lincoln Police Department.
Vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their areas after themselves and removing any and all trash. Additional information can be obtained by calling the Parks and Recreation Department (401) 333-8418.
All participating vendors and/or organizations are instructed to be courteous.
