Invitation to Bid
Furniture for the Gym/STEM/Cafeteria additions at all Elementary Schools
Lincoln Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for the Furniture for the Gym/ STEM/Cafeteria additions at all Elementary Schools until June 6, 2025 at 2:00 pm, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Lincoln School Department Administrative Conference Room, 135 Old River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865. Bids re- ceived after that time will not be considered and will be returned.
Bid specifications will be available by emailing simonen@lincolnps.org or may be picked up at the Business Offices of the Lincoln Public Schools, 135 Old River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm.
The Lincoln School Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in part or in whole, at their sole discretion. The decision of the School Committee shall be final and binding on all bidders without recourse.
All pricing submitted shall be firm for a 60 day period excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
