NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Cumberland Planning Board will hold a combined in-person and remote1 public
hearing on June 25 at 6:30 P.M., to be held in the Cumberland Town Hall Council
Chambers (2nd Floor), 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI regarding the petition of:

For the approval of a Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plan
Project Details:
The applicant proposes a minor subdivision of a single lot into two lots to construct one
new single-family dwelling.
