ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Review on
Wednesday, November 18, 2026, in the Glocester Town Hall, 1145 Putnam Pike, Chepachet,
RI, at 7:00 p.m. when all persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the
following application(s):
A. JB Custom Homes, applicant and owner, property located at 0 Lake Washington
Drive, further described as Recorded Plat LW, Lot 151 in an A-4 (Agricultural/
Residential) zone. Applicant is seeking a Dimensional Variance in accordance to the
Glocester Code, Chapter 350, Article III, 350-13, Table of Dimensional Regulations,
Lot Coverage. Applicant/owner is proposing to build a 25 x 36 (900 sq. ft.) single
family home on a legal non-conforming lot of record. The permitted lot coverage is
778.46 sq. feet or 7.77%. The lot coverage will increase to 8.98% requiring relief of
121.52 square feet or 1.21%.
