As required by the RI Pollution Discharge Elimination System (RIPDES) Phase II Stormwater Permit #RIR040035, the Town of Cumberland announces the availability of the 2025 RIPDES Small MS4 Annual Report to be submitted to the RI Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM). Cumberland is required to submit the report to RIDEM by March 10, 2026. A copy of the Annual Report and the Towns Stormwater Management Program Plan is available for public review at the Department of Public Works, Town Hall, 2nd Floor, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
