NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Cumberland, under the
provisions of Article IV, Section 409 of the Home Rule Charter of the Town of Cumberland,
will consider for adoption the following ordinance entitled:
#26-18 An ordinance amending Chapter 38, Article III (entitled parking, stopping,
and standing) of the Town of Cumberlands Code of Ordinances

Said Ordinances are available for public inspection on the Town of Cumberland website

Clerks Office.
Notice is further given that said ordinances will be considered by the Town Council on
Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cumberland Town Hall, Everett
Moe Bonner Council Chambers, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI 02864. The public
