Cumberland, Town ofPlanning & Development TOWN OF CUMBERLAND - PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Cumberland Planning Board will hold an In-Person and Virtual Public Hearing on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Cumberland Town Hall, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI 02864.
All Planning Board members will be participating in person. The public may join in person or remotely as described below to offer comment and/or testimony.
The purpose of the hearing is for a Major Change to a Final Plan. The owner/applicant, Hunting Hill, LLC, is requesting to not install sidewalks that are shown on the Final Plan for The Preserve at Hunting Hill on Meadowbrook Drive (Assessors Plat 35 Lot 188).

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Town Clerks Office at 401-728-2400, 48 hours in advance.
