MAINTENANCE PERSON at Cumberland Manor.
Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and custodial skills needed. Previous experience in multi-family housing. 40 hr. work week with rotating on-call schedule. Local Union 1217. Background check required. Valid RI license required.
