Central Falls Housing Authority LEGAL NOTICE
The Central Falls Housing Authority (CFHA) hereby provides public notice that the Public Housing Waiting List will close on May 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM. After this date and time, no new applications for public housing will be accepted.
This action is taken pursuant to 24 CFR 982.206(a) (c), which authorizes Public Housing Agencies to open or close waiting lists based on the number of applicants and the ability to meet projected housing needs. CFHA has determined that the current waiting list contains an adequate number of applicants to meet anticipated demand.
Applications received on or before May 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM will be processed in accordance with CFHA s Administrative Plan. The waiting list will reopen at a future date when CFHA determines additional applicants are needed.
