The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Lincoln Town Hall, 100 Old River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865 at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, on the Master Plan for a Major Land Development & Unified Development Review Project known as Kirkbrae CC Solar by applicant Revity Energy LLC, AP 31 Lot 23 at 208 Old River Road, Lincoln, RI. The Project requires a special use permit for the solar use.
Plans are available for review in the Engineering office at Town Hall Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 am 4:30 pm, Thursday, 9:00 am 7:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am 12:30 pm or online at: https://www.lincolnri.gov/181/Planning.
All interested parties are invited to attend said meeting and be heard. Those individuals requesting interpreter services must call the Town Clerks office, 333-8453, 72 hours in advance of said meeting.
