The Special Master has accepted an offer to purchase the Real Estate for
Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00).
A sale hearing is scheduled before the Providence Superior Court via Webex
on November 9th, 2026, at 11:00 am.
Any Party may attend the sale hearing and present higher or better offers for
the Properties. Any higher or better competing offer must be accompanied
by a deposit made payable by certified check.
