The Lincoln Board of License Commissioners gives notice that the following persons, firms,
corporations and organizations have made application to said Board of Retailers Beverage
Licenses to keep for sale and to sell alcoholic beverages in the Town of Lincoln from December
1, 2026 to December 1, 2027 inclusive, under the provisions of Title 3 of the General Laws of

Department of Health and compliance with State and local Fire Codes. Notice is further given
that said Ordinance will be considered at a public hearing of said Town Council on Tuesday,
November 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Lincoln Town Council Chambers, 100 Old River Road,
Lincoln, RI 02865.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Town Clerk
at 333-1100, seventy-two (72) hours prior to the hearing date.
