by Albert L. Gaffney, III, and any and all other defendants, heirs, known or unknown,
successors or assigns. Plaintiff, by verified Petition, state that I do not know whereabouts
of the Defendant, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendant, his heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon
Laura Richmond Moye, counsel for Plaintiffs, whose address is 112 Main Street Beckley,
WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before
November 7th 2026: otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of
said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office in Beckley, Raleigh
County, West Virginia.
