The Cumberland Planning Board will hold a combined in-person and
remote1 public hearing on September 24, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., to be held
in the Council Chambers of Cumberland Town Hall located at 45 Broad
Street, Cumberland, RI 02864, regarding the petition of:
Project Name: Liliana Drive
Owner/Applicant: Bluestone Development Group, LLC /Macari Properties, Inc.
Project Location: 3307, 3311 & 3922 Diamond Hill Road (AP 26 Lot 23, 24, 70)
For the approval of Minor Subdivision with Street Creation Preliminary Plan
Project Details:
The applicant is proposing to subdivide three (3) existing lots into five (5) lots to build five
(5) single family dwellings. The applicant also proposes to create a new, private road and
is requesting the following waivers from Cumberlands Land Development and Subdivision
Regulations:
Section 7-A(c): Required pavement width for a Class C street 26 feet
22 proposed;
Section 7-A(l): Provisions shall be made for street lighting
No street lighting proposed
Section 7-C(4): Electrical lines shall be installed underground
Above-ground utility poles proposed
Section 7-G(g): Curbing required None proposed
Section 7-H(4): Drainage Pond 5H:1V Slope required 3H:1V proposed
