Northeast Water Solutions, Inc. SECTION 00020 - INVITATION TO BID
Bids will be received by JEMP 1 LLC until 2:00 P.M. on September 18, 2026. The project
consists of the upgrade of existing domestic water equipment at 29 Institute Lane, North
Scituate, RI 02857. Sealed Bids will be received at Northeast Water Solutions 567 South
County Trail, Suite 116 Exeter, RI 02822 and will be opened and read immediately following
the close of bid receipt.
Copies of the Plans and Specifications (constituting one set) may be obtained in electronic

Prospective bidders may visit the work site by participating in a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting,
to be held at 10:00 AM on September 2nd, at 29 Institute Lane, North Scituate, RI 02857.
The successful bidder must comply with all Rhode Island Laws, applicable to public works
projects, including, but not limited to provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 37 of the Rhode Island
General Laws, pertaining to prevailing wage rates, and all other applicable local, state and
federal laws.
The Bid will remain subject to acceptance until December 31, 2026. No bids may be
withdrawn until this date after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
The Owner and Project Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any
informalities in the bidding and to accept that Proposal which, in its judgment, best serves
the interest of the Owner.
