Smithfield, Town of The Smithfield Building Officials Office
has received the following request:
Antonio Casimiro as applicant and owner of property located at
5 Snowberry Court, listed as Lot 40 on Assessors Plat 22,
is seeking a variance to deviate from Section 5.4 Table 1
Dimensional Regulations to construct an attached garage.
Per Section 10.3 of the Smithfield Zoning Ordinance, the above
variance shall be granted unless a written objection is received
within thirty (30) days or September 7, 2026. The Application
may be viewed during normal business hours at the office of the
Building / Zoning Official, Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield,
RI.
