Notice is hereby given that the North Providence Planning Board will hold a
public meeting at 6:00 P.M. on August 12, 2026 in Town Council Chambers
in the Town Hall at 2000 Smith Street, North Providence, when all persons
interested will be heard regarding the actions described below.

Description: Public hearing- Unified development Plan review for an
application for special use permit under section 204 district use regulations
for multifamily use as well as a 2,533 square foot lot area variance and 50
foot lot width variance under section 204 District Dimensional regulations
to construct 4 unit multi family structure with only 50 feet of road frontage
as well as a Major land development Masterplan Plan review for the
improvement of approximately 50 feet of roadway, to construct a 4 unit
Residential multifamily development in a single structure.
