Tri-County Community Action Agency is requesting formal bids for Dental Program
Renovations to the Agencys facility located on 1126 Hartford Ave., Johnston, RI
02919.
Beginning on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, bid packages may be obtained by visiting Tri-
Countys Administrative Office, located at 1126 Hartford Ave, Suite 201, Johnston, RI
02919. Bid packages may also be downloaded at www.tricountyri.org.
A walkthrough of the facility will be conducted on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 12:00
pm. During the walkthrough, potential bidders may examine the facility and ask
questions related to architectural drawings, specifications, renovations and/or the
bid process. All questions related to the renovations and bid process will be recorded
in writing and will be answered in writing to all walk-through participants, within
48 business hours. The walkthrough of the site and entry on the participant sign
in sheet is mandatory. The walkthrough will be held at the Tri-County Pediatric &
Family Dental Center located at 1126 Hartford Ave, Second Floor, Johnston, RI 02919.

Bids must be received not later than 3:00 p.m., on Friday, July 17, 2026.
The official clock is located within the Administration office of Tri-County CAA at
1126 Hartford Avenue.
Sealed bids will be publicly opened beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, July 17,
2026.
This procurement will be conducted using the sealed bid (Invitation for Bids) method
in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and
Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR Part 200), as well as applicable state
and local procurement requirements.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
whose bid conforms to all material terms and conditions of the invitation for
bids. A responsive bidder is one whose bid meets all material requirements of the
solicitation. A responsible bidder is one that possesses the demonstrated ability,
integrity, financial capacity, experience, and resources necessary to successfully
perform the contract. Price will be the determining factor among responsive
and responsible bidders, consistent with the requirements governing sealed bid
procurements.
Renovations are anticipated to begin in August, 2026.
