Town of Foster, Town Clerk Town of Foster Public Hearing
There will be a Public Hearing on proposed changes to the Town Charter of the Town
of Foster on Thursday, July 09, 2026 at 6:00 p. m. The meeting will be held at the Town
House, 181 Howard Hill Road.
Such changes to the Charter, if approved, will be placed on the ballot as Referenda at
the November 3, 2026 election. The following are the proposed changes.-

SECTION 10.02 Financial Town Meeting
SECTION 10.10 Capital Reserve Fund
SECTION 10.17 Land Use Conveyance Tax
ARTICLE IV TOWN CLERK
SECTION 4.01 - Election
