Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Cumberland, under the provisions of Article IV, Section 409 of the Home Rule Charter of the Town of Cumberland, will consider for adoption the following ordinances entitled:

An ordinance authorizing the placement of a one-hour parking sign on E. Kilburn Street
An ordinance amending the code of ordinances regarding the disposition of public property
An ordinance amending the code of ordinances regarding special event entertainment licenses
An ordinance setting certain tax exemptions on real and personal property
An ordinance repealing chapter 4, Article I 4-6 relating to household pets in buildings over a certain height
An Ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances relating to Claims

Notice is further given that said ordinances will be considered by the Town Council on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cumberland Town Hall, Everett Moe Bonner Council Chambers,45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI 02864.
