RI Real Estate Services - Petrarca Anthony Petrarca joins RI Real Estate Services, expanding presence in Northern R.I.
EAST GREENWICH RI Real Estate Services (RIRS) has announced that Anthony Petrarca has joined the firm as a Realtor, where he will focus on expanding the companys presence in Northern Rhode Island, including Cumberland, Lincoln and North Providence.
Petrarca brings decades of experience as a family business owner and real estate investor. His background provides insight into property valuation, return on investment, and identifying both opportunities and challenges within a property.
In addition to working in residential real estate sales, he will also work with the firms commercial division under
the direction of Mike Russo, who has more than 20 years of experience. The division provides services including property management, leasing, sales anddevelopment.
Anthonys background and skill set make him a natural fit for our team, said Russo. His experience as an investor gives him a strong understanding of what clients are looking for in both residential and commercial properties.
