NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held in the North Smithfield Town Hall, Town Council Chambers, 83 Greene Street, North Smithfield, RI 02896 on Thursday June 26, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Unified Development Review of a Major Land Development Project for preliminary plan approval. The applicant is requesting ap- proval of a 23,700 S.F. light industrial building with associated parking and loading and a variance from Zoning Section 340-3.40 S., to have a security fence in the front and side of the property on a 9.7-acre lot on an existing street in a Mixed Use (MU-2) zoning district. The proposed development was granted Master Plan approval from the Planning Board on June 20, 2022.
