NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PRELIMINARY PLAN UNDER THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING ACT RIGL 45-53
Notice is hereby given pursuant to RIGL 45-53 the Low and Moderate Income Housing Act and the Scituate Subdivision and Land Development Regulations RIGL 45-23 that a Public Hearing will be held at the time, date and place indicated below for the purpose of presenting and discussing a Comprehensive Permit Application, Major Land Development Preliminary Plan identified below and to provide the public the opportunity to comment on the proposed modification to the project.
Time and Date of Meeting: Tuesday, June 17, 2025 Meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.

The plans and accompanying documents for this Proposal are available for public review during normal business hours at the Scituate Building Officials Office, 195 Danielson Pike, Town Hall Scituate, RI
NO DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE WILL BE ADMITTED DURING THE HEARING BY THE APPLICANT(S) OR THE PUBLIC IN LIGHT OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL RESTRICTIONS.
All persons interested in the above are requested to be present at the time and place to be heard thereon. Facilities are accessible to handicapped persons. Persons requiring special accommodations must call the Town Clerks Office at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting (401) 647-2822.
